55th Annual International Azalea Festival Sponsorship The Mission of the Norfolk International Azalea Festival is to recognize and celebrate the NATO Command in Norfolk and the 26 member nations by earnestly Educating our children, Engaging our citizens, and Empowering our industries. Sponsorship of the Festival is an excellent opportunity for your organization to market to, and acknowledge your support of, the NATO community and the international flavor they bring to our region. The International Azalea Festival is a tax exempt corporation under IRS code 501(c)(3). Come take a look at the new Azalea Festival. Sponsorship of the Festival is available at all levels from entire events to parade floats. Let us customize a program based on your specific intent and goals of participation. Opportunities include “Presenting” sponsorship of the Festival, your logo on all printed materials related to event, invitations, tickets, programs and your company’s website link on the Festival’s website. Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on all related material, banners, brochures, advertising supplement, etc. Also included are multiple tickets for Festival Events including all receptions and VIP handling at all events. Platinum: $15,000 Level Platinum level gives the sponsor an opportunity to customize special events opportunities to specific organizational goals to maximize your marketing strategies. Opportunities include co-sponsorship of a major event, event presenting sponsorship, with logos on all printed materials related to event, invitations, tickets, programs and your company’s website link on the Festival’s website. Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on all related material, banners, brochures, advertising supplement, etc. Also included are multiple tickets for Festival Events including all receptions and VIP handling at all events. Gold: $10,000 Level Gold level provides a variety of benefits tailored to specific corporate and business goals using creative marketing strategies. Opportunities include ‘industry exclusive’ sponsorship of a Festival event, with logos on all printed materials related to event, invitations, tickets, programs and your company’s website link on the Festival’s website. Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on all related material, banners, brochures, advertising supplement, etc. Also included are multiple tickets for Festival Events including all receptions and VIP handling at all events. Silver: $7,500 Level Silver level gives you the opportunity to co-sponsor an event in order to reach the desired audience. Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on all related material, banners, brochures, advertising supplement, etc. Also included are multiple event tickets and VIP handling at all events. Take advantage of an opportunity to promote your product or service in our most public events. Bronze: $5,000 Level Become an associate sponsor of the Festival at the Bronze level. Benefits include a 1/4 page ad in program book. Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on all related material, banners, brochures, advertising supplement, etc. Also included are multiple event tickets and VIP handling at all events. Take advantage of an opportunity to promote your product or service in our most public events. General: $2,500 Level Festival marketing will also incorporate your logos on related Festival material, brochures, and the advertising supplement. Also included are tickets to two receptions during the Festival week and VIP handling at all events. Take advantage of an opportunity to promote your product or service in our most public events, the Parade of Nations and NATOFest. Friend of the Festival: $1,000 Become a Friend of the NATO International Community by sponsoring a Nation float in the Parade of Nations or their Nation Booth at NATOFest. Recognition at NATOFest sponsored booth and/or two reserved VIP seats in main Parade viewing stand.
